Possible cause

• The appliance is not
switched on, or not con-
nected to the mains at the
wall socket.
• The appliance has not yet
heated up.
• The pump is not acti-
vated.
• The water reservoir is
empty.
The water is forming
condensation in the tube.
The appliance is still too hot.

Solution
• Check that the appliance is con-
nected to the mains supply at a wall
socket, and that it is switched on.
• The appliance needs to heat up for
around 60 seconds before the steam
can emerge.
• The shaft (and the housing) need to
be slightly inclined towards the fl oor
so that the pump activates and steam
can emerge.
• Fill the water reservoir.
Tilt the appliance until steam emerges. If
necessary place a cloth underneath the
cleaner base.
Allow the appliance to cool down
completely before refi lling the water.
