4.5 Setting Pressure Foot Lift

With the setting wheel 3 the standard pressure foot lift of 2 -max.6 mm
is selected.
With the key 4 an increased pressure foot lift of 6mm can be called up.
When changing the pressure foot lift height the maximum number of
stitches is automatically changed.
