The stretch value for smooth seams with sensitive materials is set
here.
Order of operations
–
Hold down the "Y" key and tap the "F" key.
The parameter menu is turned on.
–
Advance to the desired parameter through repeated pressing of
the "Y" key.

Press the appropriate key for the desired stretch value.
Key 0: Stretch value 0
Key 1: Stretch value 1
Key 2: Stretch value 2
Key 3: Stretch value 3
Key 4: Stretch value 4
Key 5: Stretch value 5
The stretch value is displayed with smooth seams ('0' or '0H').
With this parameter the tape advance is turned on or off generally.
If, with the 550-12-26, all seams are to be executed with tape, then the
tape advance must be turned off.
