USER DATA
A USB stick must be inserted for one of the six
users.
Continue after entering the time of day. The 8-
digit number will blink.
Press the Plus/Minus buttons to select the letter.
Press the Mode button to move to the next
letter.
Continue in this way until all eight letters have
been selected.
Press the Mode button.
Next, enter the other user data in accordance with
the following figures.
After finishing input (following the weight), press
the Mode button.
The display shows Welcome.
Press the Mode button.
UP/DOWN/START will blink on the display.
Press the Start button to select the Manual
program, or
Use the Plus/Minus buttons to select the other
programs.
Additional input is explained with the program
descriptions.
QUICK START TRAINING
Quick start only works without a USB stick (no
user data). No training data are preset. All values
start from zero and count upward. You may change
the resistance (Level) during training using the
Plus/Minus buttons.
The unit is not plugged in.
A.
a.) First insert the connector for the transformer
cord into the receptacle on the back of the unit.
Then insert the large plug into a power outlet.
The control panel now has power. Display 1

shows Batavus in marquee mode before the control
panel switches to showing the date. The time will
blink on Display 2.
Now press the Mode button 5 times until UP/

DOWN appears on Display 1.
Press the Start button to begin training. The

Manual program is displayed.
As alternative, you may also wait a few seconds
until the background light switches off. Then press
the Start button twice to begin training.
The unit is plugged in, but the control panel

switched off.

MANUAL TRAINING
A USB stick is not needed for this program. Press
the Start button when the control panel is in Sleep
mode. However, you may specify training data to
have, for example, the time count down to zero.
Press the Start button when the control panel is in
Sleep mode.
Press the Plus button. Display 1 shows Manual.
Press the Mode button. The resistance bars on
Display 1 will blink.
Use the Plus/Minus buttons for adjustment.
Press the Mode button.
The training time will blink.
Press the Plus/Minus buttons to make a
selection.
Press the Mode button.
The distance will blink.
Press the Plus/Minus buttons to make a
selection.
Press the Mode button.
The calorie count will blink.
Press the Plus/Minus buttons to make a
selection.
Press the Mode button.
The pulse rate will blink.
Use the Plus/Minus buttons to set the upper
pulse limit.
Press the Mode button.
Press the Start button to begin training.
PROGRAM TRAINING (PROFILES)
A USB stick is not needed for this program.
However, you can select from among 12 preset
profiles.
Press the Start button when the control panel is in
Sleep mode.
Use the Plus/Minus buttons to set the program
on Display 1.
Press the Mode button. Display 1 shows the
first profile.
Use the Plus/Minus buttons to select a profile.
Press the Mode button.
Press the Mode button again.
The time will blink.
If you do not enter values, training starts by
pressing the Start button. If you wish to enter
values, press the Mode button and enter the values
as described before. Then, press the Start button to
begin training.
WATT TRAINING
As already described, use the Plus/Minus buttons
to select the Watt program. Display 1 shows WTC
120 (for Watt control, 120 watts).
