Aufstieg unter
Nutzung des Auftriebs
Ihres Dolphin- Jacket
Lassen Sie keine übermäßigen
Luftmengen unter Wasser ins Jak-
ket einströmen. Dies kann eine
gefährliche Aufstiegsgeschwin-
digkeit zur Folge haben. Genaue-
re Aufstiegskontrolle kann durch
kurze Betätigung der Ein- und
Auslaßventile erreicht werden. Ihr
Jacket sollte während des Tauch-
ganges nicht als Auftriebsmittel
verwendet werden. Auf- und Ab-
stieg sollte durch Flossenbewe-
gungen erfolgen, wobei das Jak-
ket zur Aufrechterhaltung des hy-
drostatischen Gleichgewichts
dient. In Notfällen kann ein Auf-
trieb erzeugt werden, indem der
Taucher zusätzliche Luftmengen in
das Jacket über den Inflator und
(oder) die Notflasche (Zubehör,
nicht für Internationale Version)
einströmen läßt. Beim Aufstieg ex-
pandiert die Luft im Jacket, was
zu einer Zunahme des Auftriebs
führt. Regelmäßiges, kontrolliertes
Ablassen ist nötig, um einen über-
schnellen Aufstieg zu verhindern.
Besondere Aufmerksamkeit soll-
te der Taucher dem Bereich zwi-
schen 10 m Tiefe und der Ober-
fläche widmen, da sich das Volu-
men in diesem Bereich verdop-
pelt, wenn keine Luft abgelassen
wird.
Vorsicht bei der Benutzung von
Trockentauchanzügen. Hierfür
gelten die gleichen Sicherheits-
maßnahmen beim Aufstieg. Sie
müssen dann zwei Auftriebskör-
per kontrollieren.

6.3. Post Dive care
of the Dolphin
Once you have surfaced, close
the mouthpiece valve and take the
mouthpiece out of your mouth.
Then close the nitrox cylinder val-
ve. You will note that the pressure
in the system will automatically
decrease as it is released
through the flow meter. Using the
pressure gauge, you can tell whe-
ther the system has depressuri-
zed.
Carefully take off the Dolphin,
making sure that you do not bang
the cylinder or valve.
Close the valve to the bailout sy-
stem, which will also inflate the BC
and/or drysuit, and release any air
remaining in the BC.
For transport remove the mixed-
gas cylinder and compressed-air
cylinder, seal the cylinder valves
and pressure reducer using the
respective sealing screws or
caps. Store compressed-gas cy-
linders in accordance with the re-
quirements of the regulations for
the transport of dangerous goods
on roads.
During transport or when doffing
the diving gear make sure that the
breathing hoses and breathing
bags are not kinked and do not
get into contact with sharp ob-
jects.
Carefully rinse the assembled
system with clear tap water. Be
