• Reste des Atemkalkes mit
eventuellem Kalkstaub nicht mit
einfüllen. Der Kalkstaub kann
durch die Siebe in der Kalk-
patrone rieseln, und in die Atem-
beutel gelangen.
• Gefüllte Kalkpatrone nicht in der
Sonne liegen lassen, und vor
Wärmeeinstrahlung schützen:
Es besteht die Gefahr der Kalk-
austrocknung.
• Durch Liegenlassen der nicht
geschlossenen Patrone trocknet
der Atemkalk aus und verliert
hierdurch an CO -Aufnahme-

kapazität.
• Das Sicherheitsdatenblatt des
Atemkalkes ist zu beachten.
• Hinweise auf dem Gebinde des
Atemkalkes beachten.
Warnung!
Die Kalkpatrone muß sofort nach
dem Einsatz entleert werden, da-
mit sie nicht mit einer frisch ge-
füllten verwechselt werden kann.
Das Kalkgebinde nach Gebrauch
unbedingt gut verschließen, um
den Kalk vor Austrocknung zu
schützen.
Jacket vorbereiten
Vor jedem Gebrauch sollten Sie
Ihr Dolphin-Jacket sorgfältig über-
prüfen und sicherstellen, daß al-
les einwandfrei funktioniert. Verge-
wissern Sie sich, daß die Auslaß-
ventile frei zugänglich sind. Blasen
Sie das Jacket voll auf und lassen
Sie es eine Zeit stehen.
Bei Luftverlust aus dem Jacket
besteht eine Undichtheit, die un-
bedingt vor dem nächsten Tauch-
gang beseitigt bzw. repariert wer-

Preparation of
Buoyancy Compensator
Before each use check your
Dolphin Buoyancy Compensator
to ensure proper functioning.
Make sure the outlet valves are
freely accessible. Inflate the BC
and leave it inflated for approxima-
tely five minutes. If any gas es-
capes from the BC, there is a leak
which must be repaired before
you go diving.

on this is valuable only, if you are
owner of the accessory bladder.
Connect the inflator hose to the
inflator and inflate the jacket by the
inflator hose until the relief valves
are activated. Check the pressure
relief valve by pulling the cord.
Check the BC straps and fabric
for worn out seams and other da-
mage. Make certain that the
bailout cylinder from which the BC
is inflated is filled before diving.
The gas cylinder has to be filled
only with breathing air confirmable
(DIN 3188) EN 132 or equivalent.
When using a weight belt, make
sure that it is placed over the
straps for the Dolphin and that the
quick release buckle is easily
accessible.
