15. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your product failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.
Fault
Product does not run.
Product runs unsteadily.
Product runs, but no pressure.
Product runs, pressure shown
on the manometer, but tools are
not running

Possible cause
Mains voltage not present.
Mains voltage too low.
Outdoor temperature too low.
Motor is overheated.
Not enough oil.
Not enough oil.
The safety valve leaks.
The seals are damaged.
The drain screw (condensate)
leaks.
Hose connections leaking.
Quick-coupler leaking.
Pressure set too low at pressure
regulator.

Remedy
Check cable, mains plug, fuse and
socket.
Avoid extension cables that are too
long. Use extension cables with
sufficient conductor cross-section.
Do not operate at outside temperatures
below +5° C.
Allow the motor to cool down. If
necessary, remedy the cause of the
overheating.
Check the oil level and top up the oil if
necessary.
