2. Charge the battery (16) when only the red
LED on the charge level indicator (17) is
illuminated.

Charging the battery

Notes
• If warm, allow the battery to cool before
charging.
• Do not expose the battery to direct sun-
light or temperatures ≤50 °C for long peri-
ods of time. In particular, avoid placing
the product on radiators or storing it in
vehicles parked in the sun.
Procedure
1. If necessary, remove the battery (16) from
the cordless tool.
2. Slide the battery into the charging slot of
the charger (19).
3. Plug the charger into an outlet.
4. Once charging is complete, disconnect
the charger from the mains supply.
5. Pull the battery charging slot out.

Operation

Inserting and removing the
battery
WARNING! Risk of injury due to uninten-
tional start-up. Only insert the battery into
the device once the device is fully prepared
for use.
NOTICE! Risk of damage! An incorrect bat-
tery can damage the device and battery.
Inserting the battery
1. Push the battery (16) along the guide into
the battery holder (5).
You will hear the battery click into place.
Removing the battery
1. Press and hold the battery release (15) on
the battery (16).
2. Pull the battery out of the battery holder
(5).

Switching on and off

Notes
•
CAUTION! Hot surface – Risk of
burns! After prolonged use, parts of the
housing may become very hot.
Allow the device to cool down for at least
30 minutes after 20 minutes of use.

Switching on
1. Insert the rechargeable battery (16) into
the device.
2. Press and hold the switch lever (2).
Locking the switch lever
1. Press and hold the switch lever (2).
2. Press the lock (1).
You can release the switch lever.
Switching off
1. • Release the switch lever (2).
• With the switch lever locked: Briefly
press the switch lever (2).
2. Remove the rechargeable battery (16)
from the device if you are leaving the
device unattended or if you have finished
working.

Interrupting the operation

2. When taking longer breaks:
a) Disconnect the device from the water
supply.
b) Press the switch lever (2) until the pres-
sure has been released.

Ending operation

• After working with cleaning agents:
• Empty the cleaning agent tank (6).
• Spray the system with clear water to
rinse it.
• Remove the battery (16).
• Disconnect the device from the water
supply.
• Press the switch lever (2) until the pres-
sure has been released.

Transport

Notes
• Turn off the device.
• Remove the attachment (7, 9).
• Always carry the device by the handle (3).
