Preparation
WARNING! Risk of injury due to uninten-

Establishing a water supply
You have two options to supply the device
with water:
• Household water connection
• Suctioning standing, clean water, e.g. rain
barrel

Requirements
• System separator
A system separator (check valve) pre-
vents the backflow of water and cleaning
agent into the drinking water pipeline.
• According to current regulations, a
pressure washer must never be con-
nected to the drinking water network
without a system separator. A suitable
system separator must be used in ac-
cordance with EN 12729 Type BA.
• Water that has flowed through a sys-
tem separator is classified as non-pot-
able.
• System separators are available from
specialist dealers.
Procedure
1. Connect the supply hose to the water
supply.
2. Bleed the supply hose: Open the water
supply until the water flows bubble-free
out of the other end of the supply hose.
Close the water supply.
3. Connect the supply hose to the quick
connector on the coupling (4).
