Troubleshooting
Operate the product with the operating
pressure specified in the datasheet (min.
0.5 bar)
Operate the valve with the control pres-
sure specified in the datasheet
Operate the product with operating pres-
sure specified in datasheet
Check and replace the pilot valve
Remove the actuator, check the dia-
phragm position, replace if necessary
Connect the control medium
Operate the product with the control pres-
sure specified in the datasheet
Remove the actuator, remove foreign
matter, check diaphragm and valve body
for potential damage, replace damaged
parts if necessary
Retighten the bolting between the valve
body and the actuator
Check the valve body for potential dam-
age, replace the valve body if necessary
Check shut-off diaphragm for potential
damage, replace the shut off diaphragm
if necessary
Remove the actuator, check the dia-
