Press start/stop/pause button to start, pause or recover the appliance back to stand-by state.
If you hold this button for longer than 3 seconds at any time, the appliance will exit any current wor-
king condition instantly and go back to stand-by state. That means clearing all the settings.
If you don't do any operation for about five minutes under stand-by state, the appliance will go into
sleep mode (black screen). You may press start/stop/pause button to turn on the appliance again.
MANUAL MODE COOKING
Press "Manual mode cooking" on the screen from the home menu. The screen will show option to set
temperature, time and speed (See figure 8):
7. Temperature: set the temperature in a range of 30-120ºC. It is adjustable by 5℃ increasing.
8. Speed: set the speed in a range of 1-10 level.
9. Time: set the time between 0-99 minutes.
10. Pulse: hold down the button to process at maximum speed and release it to stop processing. This
is ideal for ice crushing. Each ice size must be not higher than 2x2x2cm and the total ice weight must
be 250g. This function cannot be used when the temperature of the bowl is higher than 70ºC or the
blade is running in the reverse direction.
11. Clear: clear all the previous settings and go back to " stand by" state.
12. Start/Pause: starts or pauses the device.
13. Reverse function: click to change the direction of the blades.
14. Automatic functions: select between five automatic programs (steam, soup, knead, jam and
self-clean) with pre-set temperature, speed and time for an easy and fast cooking.

AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS

Press "Automatic functions" on the screen from the manual mode cooking. You can select between 5
preset functions for different cooking purposes:

Add some hot soapy water in the bowl and run the appliance
Temperature: 65ºC, Speed: 8, Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients: 500 g fruits. Total time: 10 mins and 17 seconds
- Step 1: speed 6, time: 15 seconds
- Step 2: pause for 2 seconds
- Step 3: speed 1, Time: 10 minutes, Temperature: 100℃
Time and temperature can only be adjusted after the machine
is started. After the first step begins, time can be added during
operation. After the third step begins, the time and temperature
can be changed during operation.
Tips: Sound "Beep" will be heard while the working time is left 3
seconds. At last, the appliance goes back to stand-by state.
Broth or water: 500-600ml
Temperature: 120ºC, Speed: 1, Time: 17 minutes
The time can be adjustable between 0 and 99mins.
