derstand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children un-
less they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep
the appliance and its cord out of reach of children
aged less than 8 years.
Children shall not play with the appliance. In or-
der to ensure the sealing effect of blending bla-
de, please do not allow the blending blade to work
without load. This appliance is for household use
and not intended to be use in applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other
working environments;
- farm houses;
- hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments.
The appliance must not be immersed. Never im-
merse the main appliance in water or any other
liquid, nor rinse it under the tap. Use only a moist
cloth to clean the appliance.
Surfaces are liable to get hot during use. Avoid
spillage on the connector. Heating element
surface is subject to residual heat after use.
CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to in-
advertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this
appliance must not be supplied through an ex-
ternal switching device, such as a timer, or con-
nected to a circuit that is regularly switched on
and off by the utility.
