- Step 1: reverse speed 1, temperature 100ºC, time 20 minutes
- Step 2: pause for 2 seconds
- Step 3: speed 5, temperature 100ºC, time 2 minutes
- Step 4: pause for 2 seconds
- Step 5: speed 4, temperature 100ºC, time 8 minutes
Ingredients: 500g flour, 285ml water, 10g sugar, 10g butter, 10g
salt, 5g dry yeast
Total time: 3 minutes
- Step 1: speed 4, time 45 seconds
- Step 2: pause for 3 seconds
- Step 3: reverse speed 3, time 40 seconds
- Step 4: pause for 3 seconds
- Step 5: speed 4, time 45 seconds
- Step 6 : pause for 4 seconds
- Step 7: reverse speed 2, time 40 seconds
