HOW TO INSTALL THE STEAM BASKET
The inner basket is suitable for cooking small quantity food, such as rice, fish and meat.
Install the steam basket according to figure 4:
1. Install the blade on the bowl and add the water. The maximum water added in the bowl should be
800ml and with the level under the basket. Put the steam basket in the bowl and add the desired food.
2. Cover the bowl with the lid and turn it until it is locked in position.
3. Put the measuring cup and insert the bowl onto the bowl socket on the main unit.
4. Start your desired recipe.
Caution: danger of scalding by hot steam and hot condensed water. Please handle it carefully. Don't
touch the metal part of the bowl while it is hot. Only hold the handle of the bowl to move it.
HOW TO INSTALL THE DEEP STEAMER BASKET
The steamer is perfectly suited for preparing some food such as vegetables with meat, sausages,
steamed bread, steamed fish etc.
You can use the steamers in either of the following two combinations:
• Combination 1: Lid for steamer basket + shallow steamer basket + deep steamer basket; use this
for two layers cooking.
• Combination 2: Lid for steamer basket + deep steamer basket; use this combination for larger
amount of the same food, e.g. vegetables, potatoes or large pieces of meat or sausages.
Install the deep steamer basket according to figure 5:
1. Put the lid with the airproof ring on the bowl. Install the blade and add water. The water level must
be between 0.5L and 2L. Rotate the lid clockwise to lock it.
2. Insert the bowl onto the bowl socket. Press the bowl lid slightly to ensure the bowl is well inserted.
3. Put the steamer basket on the bowl lid.
4. Put the food on the steamer and then cover the lid.
Caution: danger of scalding by hot steam and hot condensed water. Never use the steamer without
lid. If the lid is not fitted properly, the steam will escape and food inside steamer will not cook properly.
Never leave the measuring cup on the bowl lid when using the steamer.
The water in the bowl should be more than 0.5L and can be used for steaming food about 30 minu-
tes, you need add around 250ml of water for each additional 15 minutes.
HOW TO INSTALL THE WHISK
The whisk will help you to achieve the best results while whisking cream, beating mayonnaise or egg white.
Install the whisk according to figure 6:
1. Hold the ball-shaped end of the whisk.
2. Insert the whisk on the upper part of the blade, a sound "click" will be heard. That means the whisk
is well installed on the blade. Put the lid with the airproof ring on the bowl.
Notice: If you want to remove it, just hold the ball-shaped end and pull it out directly.
3. Put the measuring cup and insert the bowl into the bowl socket on the main unit.
4. Start your desired recipe.
Caution: don't add ingredients that might damage or block the whisk when the blade is in motion
and the whisk is fitted. Only use the whisk attachment at speed 1-4.
