The appliance allows you to save favorites recipes and access the history of recipes cooked by clicking
the 3 lines menu.
After making your choice, the screen will show you all recipe information. You can check the ingre-
dients list, cooking description, accessories list needed. Press "Start Cooking" icon to start the inte-
ractive recipe. (Fig. M)

MANUAL COOKING

Press "Manual cooking" on the screen from the start home menu. The screen will show option to set
temperature, time, speed and direction (left and right). (Fig. N)

After finishing the setting press "Start" and the appliance will work. Once the cooking process have star-
ted the display will show current food temperature of working appliance. The screen icon will change
to "Pause". You can change these parameters at any time without stopping the appliance. Press "Pau-
se" icon if you want to stop the appliance, change any of the parameters and continue cooking. Press
"Stop" to definitely stop the appliance.

AUTOMATIC PROGRAMMES

Press "Automatic Programmes" on the screen from the start home menu. You can select between 15
preset functions for different cooking purposes (Fig.O)
