Do not use the battery cell blocks if they develop heat, become discoloured or de-
formed or look abnormal in any way.
3 Commissioning

Check the battery cell blocks for any damage such as scratches, rust, discoloura-
tion, leaks or deformation before using them for the first time. In the event of dam-
age, contact your dealer or Bosch (for the address, see

Never use or install a damaged battery cell block. Always pay attention to the safety
of the user when using the battery cell blocks.

4 Storage
Please note the following information on storage – please check with your authority and
the local fire service that your storage facility is suitable for storing these modules:

Store the HV battery repair kit in a cool, dry place at 20 to 35°C in a specially des-
ignated area.
◾
Do not store the HV battery repair kit below -20⁰ C or above 40⁰ C.
◾
Do not store the HV battery repair kit together with other products.
◾
Never store the HV battery repair kit together with flammable or explosive products.
◾
Avoid contact with corrosive substances.
◾
Keep the HV battery repair kit away from heat and fire.
◾
Keep the HV battery repair kit away from naked flames, hot surfaces and sources of
ignition.
◾
If the storage period exceeds 6 months, regularly check the voltage of the battery
cell blocks in accordance with the conversion instructions (see
use).
