GmbH (Bosch).
The HV battery repair kit enables you to repair the authorised hybrid vehicles listed in
Chapter 1 Intended use.
The product contains nickel-metal hydride battery cell blocks, which require careful han-
dling in accordance with the instructions provided. For safe use and maximum service
life of the nickel-metal hydride battery cell blocks, please read and follow the guidelines
in this document. Keep this manual in the vehicle in a safe and accessible place, such as
the glove compartment, so that you can access it at any time.

1 Intended use

This technical customer information refers to the Bosch HV battery repair kit. The Bosch
HV battery repair kit consists of nickel-metal hydride battery cell blocks and the attach-
ment parts required for the repair, such as screws, battery cell block connectors and cov-
er caps.
This Bosch HV battery repair kit (Bosch part number: F026.R00.110-9P6) for battery cell
block replacement of hybrid / traction batteries is approved exclusively for the following
vehicles:
Toyota Auris 1.8 VVT-i HSD (E18)
with 1.8 litre petrol engine:
