You can target your biceps by holding the handles
with your hands facing towards you.
Timer, step and calorie counter. This monitor allows you to keep track of your workout time, the burned
calories, and the accumulated steps. Before starting your workout, reset the monitor by pressing the
red button for at least 3 seconds until you see a „0" on the screen. Once you reset it, the monitor will
automatically start to track your workout. It will stop as soon as you finish your workout.
To switch between the tracking features in your
screen, simply push the red button.

You can perform a simple step workout by pla-
cing both hands on the short handles targeting
the movement in your legs.
