Inspection intervals
RAUSIKKO Box infiltration systems must be inspected every six months according
to DWA-A 138-1.
If inspections reveal only minor contamination/deposits in infiltration systems, the
inspection intervals can be extended to one year, or in some cases two years.
Unscheduled inspections should be conducted after extreme or unusual weather
conditions or accidents.
Signs and barriers should be used at the entry point to avoid the risk of incident.
After maintenance the entry point must be fully re-covered.

Initial inspection / cleaning
Despite all precautions, dirt and foreign matter may enter boxes, pipes, and shafts
