01.03 Construction of the system

Percolation systems have to be encased with a geotextile of the type RAUMAT E,
which is permeable to water. Further information in section 06.07.
Systems for storage / retention have to be wrapped in a combination of geotextile /
plastic sealing membrane / geotextile.
RAUSIKKO Boxes can be placed in a row, next to each other and on top of each other.
n case of vertical stacking it is possible to combine the boxes with height 660 mm
(type 8.6, for complete layers) and height 360 mm (type 8.3, for half layers).
We recommend the inclusion of RAUSIKKO Boxes SC with an integrated cleaning
and distribution channel for an effective cleansing of the system and a uniform
distribution of the water throughout the system.

For an improved internal cohesion of the system RAUSIKKO Boxes MX / SX / HX can
be assembled in a brick-like formation. More information on this can obtained in
section 06.04.
Furthermore, various solutions for the connection and integration of pipes and shafts as
well as ventilation are available. The installation of these is described in section 06.06.
