ted until a valid identification tone is received.
CONTINUOUS TONE CODED SUB SYSTEM (CTCSS)
The Continuous Tone Coded Sub System (CTCSS) allows the wal-
kie-talkie to be addressed selectively. Received calls are audible if
a valid identification tone is detected.
To activate this function:
- Switch the device on.
- Press the "F" key (6) until the CTCSS legend flashes on the
display (CTCSS menu).
- Then use the "UP" or "DOWN" key to select the desired iden-
tification tone. A total of 38 tones are available (see Table).
- To save the current setting, press the "ENTER" key (5).
The Pocket Com PMR Pro will then only receive signals which have
the previously set identification tone. The identification tone is sent
in transmit mode. To deactivate this function, select the "00" set-
ting in the CTCSS menu.
The available CTCSS tones are listed in the following Table:

commande vocale(VOX) met alors l'émetteur
automatiquement en marche et émet la com-
munication.
Nota !
Dans un environnement avec un niveau de fond sonore élevé, nous
recommandons la sensibilité VOX minimale "06" (réglage "LE vox
06")
Emettre en mode manuel (PTT)
• Pour émettre, appuyer sur la touche PTT (15).
• Parler à une distance de 5 à 10 cm du microphone incorporé (7).
Pocket Com PMR Profi reste en mode émission (mode TX) jusqu'à
ce que la touche PTT soit à nouveau lâchée.
Bip Roger
Le Bip Roger signale la fin de la transmission. Les tonalités de con-
firmation sont automatiquement transmises après la fin de chaque
émission (réglage usine de série).
