To deactivate these acknowledgement tones:
• Switch the Pocket Com PMR Pro off.
• Keep the "ENTER" key (5) pressed whilst
switching the device on again. After roughly
1 second, you can release the "ENTER" key
(5) again.
• Press the "F" key (6) until "on" and the note
icon appears in the right-hand corner of the
display.
• Use the "UP" or "DOWN" key to select the "FF" setting.
• Switch the device off and on again or press
the "ENTER" key (5).
• This deactivates the Roger beep.
Keypad tone/acknowledgement tone
Switching on and pressing any key (except CALL, MON and PTT)
produces an acknowledgement tone. To disable this acknowledge-
ment tone:
• Keep the "ENTER" key (5) pressed whilst
switching the device on. You can release the
"ENTER" key (5) again after roughly 1 se-
cond.
• Press the "UP" or "DOWN" key until
"BEEP" and "FF" appear on the display.

Brancher le premier combiné de conversation à la prise de haut-
parleur/microphone (2) sur la partie supérieure de l'appareil et
l'autre à la prise de raccordement latérale INT (19) du Pocket Com
PMR Profi avec une fiche adaptée.
Le Pocket Com PMR Profi fait fonction d'interphone et permet au
chauffeur de communiquer avec son passager. Pour pouvoir com-
muniquer également avec d'autres motos (voyage en file), il est
possible de choisir entre le mode manuel ou le mode commandé
par la voix. Pour la commande manuelle de l'émission, choisissez
le mode normal « PTT », par contre pour la commande de l'émissi-
on par la voix, activez le mode « VOX ».
Recherche de canaux
La recherche des canaux (fonction Scan) se subdivise en deux ty-
pes : la recherche de canaux occupés (SCAN) et celle de canaux
non occupés (B.SCAN).
Recherche de canaux occupés (SCAN)
• Pour commencer la recherche de canaux, mettre l'émetteur-ré-
cepteur en service à l'aide du bouton rotatif "VOL/OFF" (3).
• Appuyer sur la touche "F" (6) et choisir l'entrée de menu
"SCAN".
• Appuyer sur les touches "UP" ou "DOWN".
De cette manière, la recherche est activée et tous les canaux font
l'objet d'une recherche continue. Si un signal est reçu sur un canal,
la recherche s'interrompt pendant un court instant. Après env. 5
BEEP
secondes, la recherche de canaux reprend. Pour arrêter la recher-
che de canaux, appuyer sur les touches "PTT" (15) ou "ENTER" (5).
