Clean or replace fuel filter.
Replace washer.
Clean fuel filter casing.
Unscrew the fuel system.
Replace washer.
Change the pre-filter:
Push back the clamps.
Pull out the hoses.
Replace pre-filter (pay attention to the
throughflow direction).
General testing:
Check fuel tubes and clamps for dam-
ages and make sure they are leak-
proof.
Open the fuel supply.
Deaerate the fuel system

Deaerating the fuel system
Turn the deaeration screw 1 by approx.
two rotations.
Turn the deaeration screw 2 by approx.
two rotations.
Keep a suitable catch bin ready.
Start engine until fuel free of air bubbles
is released.
Tighten the deaeration screws.
Adjusting and replacing sealing strips
Unscrew side panels.
Side sealing strips
Unscrew the fasteners of the sealing
strips.
Screw on new sealing strips without ful-
ly tightening it.
To set the floor clearance, insert a
sheet with a thickness of approx. 5 mm
under the sealing strip.
Adjust sealing strips.
Tighten the fasteners of the sealing
strips.

Rear sealing strips
Remove the folding splint of the panel.
Remove panels.
Unscrew the fasteners of the sealing
strips.
Screw on new sealing strips without ful-
ly tightening it.
To set the floor clearance, insert a
sheet with a thickness of approx. 5 mm
under the sealing strip.
Adjust front sealing strip.
Align the rear sealing strip in such a
way that the front sealing strip overlaps
it by approx. 2 cm.
Tighten the fasteners of the sealing
strips.
