2.5 Warnings and precautions

The lift must not be operated by unauthorised personnel.

Do not climb or stand on supporting elements or the vehicle itself.

Do not use the lift for any purpose other than those set out in this manual.
It is mandatory to:

Ensure the weight of the vehicle and the distribution of the load on the lifting points comply with the requirements
of the manufacturer.

Check that dismantling any part of the vehicle does not alter the load distribution beyond pre-defined acceptable limits.

Ensure the vehicle rests stably on the supporting elements as soon as the platform start rising.

Ensure no conditions arise that could expose persons or equipment to hazards while raising and lowering the vehicle.

Stop the lift immediately in the event of a malfunction and contact authorised maintenance personnel.

Set the main switch to zero, padlocking it in position if it is necessary to carry out emergency operations and/or
maintenance work on the lift.

Set the main switch to zero, padlocking it in position when carrying out any work on the vehicle in the raised position.
-
Do not tamper with the safety equipment and devices.
Always adhere scrupulously to the applicable accident-prevention regulations.
