7.2 Connecting the hydraulic system in standard configuration

The lift is shipped with the hydraulic system in the following conditions (fig.1):
- Pipes (4-5) are connected to the cylinder on platform P1 and must be connected to the realignment valve block (B).
- The pipes of the platform P2 cylinder are connected to the realignment valve block (B) integral with the platform itself.
- All unconnected fittings/pipes are plugged.
- Oil tank empty.
All unconnected fittings are plugged.
Proceed as follows to complete the connection (fig.1):
- Remove the package, position the platforms in the desired place (see lay-out).
N.B.: Insert the pipes before connecting them.
N.B.: Insert all the pipes into the ducts before connecting them.
- Remove the packaging and position the control unit.
- Connect the pipes from platform P1 (4-5) to the valve block using the appropriate fittings.
- Connect the pipes of platform P2 (2-3) to the control unit (1).
- Fill the tank (6) with ESSO NUTO H32 oil or equivalent (Qt.).
- Replace the plug-dip rod in the hydraulic control unit (7). Check that the oil level is approx. 10 mm from the cap.
