CHAP. 12 INSTALLATION AND PERIODIC INSPECTIONS

Check the distance between the platforms and the walls where the system is installed (recommended 1500
mm) ≥ 700 mm
Checking internal platform distance (see section "Technical specifications")
Check the lifting height from the floor level to the platform level (see "Technical specifications" paragraph)
Level the bases, placing shims under the base regulator screws if necessary
Tightening dowels to secure bases to the floor
Tighten hydraulic pipes between control unit and bases
Control unit oil level check
Network connection and cable connection check
Activating safety devices
Pneumatic system connections
Hydraulic system air purge
Checking electrical controls (main switch, up button, down button)
Check the platform realignment functions correctly, and that the platforms are aligned properly
Checking harpoons are inserted on cylinders
Check the pressure switch functions correctly
Checking buzzer operation
Checking ascent and descent times at full load
Signature and stamp of the installation technician
