Recommended action
• put the control box in the connector
• Tighten the screws of all electricity connections
• Replace control box
• Measure the voltage on the engine connectors while pressing
• a direction button: If there is voltage and the winch doesn't
work, replace the engine
• Drown the water and allow winch to dry. Run in short pulses
• without a load until completely dry. Do an engine service after
that
• Position the clutch on the 'IN' position. If the problem persists,
a qualified technician will need to check and repair the device
• Recharge the battery. Use the winch only when engine is
running
• Loose or rusted battery connections: clean, tighten or replace
• allow the winch to cool
• loose or rusted connections: clean and tighten
• repair or replace the control box
• The winch should run clockwise seen from the end of the
engine
• Set the brake angle or use new brake pads
