Freewheeling clutch: The freewheeling clutch allows the operator
to manually detach the coil drum from the gearbox ('clutch out')
and unwind the rope by hand. If the clutch is engaged ('clutch in'),
the winch is locked into the transmission system. The HSW12G2S
has 2 gears. In the first gear, the winch has a higher pulling force and
a lower pull-in speed (depending on the rope position). In the 2nd
gear, the winch has a lower pulling force and a faster pull-in speed
(depending on the rope position). Detailed information is stored
in the product description on the online shop. The switching position
of the freewheel clutch is visible on the winch.
9
Solenoid / relay: Electricity from the vehicle battery runs through the
power switch (mandatory) before being directed to the winch engine.
10
Remote control: The remote control has a dual-switch to winch the
rope in or out. The remote control allows you to stay at a safe distance
from the rope if the winch is in operation.
11
Pulley: There are two ways to use a pulley. You can either use it
to double the power of the winch by making a hoist, or to guide your
winch cable in a different direction. To deal with a pulley properly,
you need an instruction!
