Operation

Start and stop (description applies to integrated standard electrical
cabinet)
The unit can be started and stopped manually with the buttons on the cabinet. After starting manually, the unit runs
for a maximum of 2 hours and then stops automatically. The maximum time can be adjusted.
Where outlets are equipped with microswitches/pressure switches, automatic starting also occurs when someone
opens an outlet. When no outlet is open, the unit will continue to run for 5 mins, before shutting down. The run-on
time can be adjusted.
The system can also be configured for timer control. This means that starting and stopping are controlled by a
programmed timer. This operation is usually performed after a work shift, when the system shuts down and cleans
the filter during work breaks.

Filter cleaning (automatic)

After operation of the pump, the filters are cleaned with an air pulse for 4 minutes. The air pulses sound like sharp
pounding inside the filter unit at intervals of about 20 seconds. The times for filter cleaning can be adjusted; see
below. Some installations also have automatic filter cleaning during operation. You can also manually start filter
cleaning by pressing a button on the electrical cabinet.
The filters must be shaken 1-2 times a day during continuous use.
1. Start the machine.
2. Close the throttle on the cyclone inlet.
3. Open and close the top with the filter cleaning handle 3-6 times.
4. Open the throttle on the cyclone inlet.

Emptying separated material

All separated material is collected under the cyclone in plastic bags or containers.
It must be replaced when the dust level is about 5 cm below the outlet flap. The plastic bag must be sealed as soon
as it is removed from the machine. Only use genuine bags.
Containers should be emptied when they are about 3/4 full. Some containers have see-through glass so that the fill
level can be checked from the outside. When emptying containers, a pallet, pallet mover or forklift should normally
be placed under the container before the excenter locks are released. Be aware of the risk of crushing - the
container may be heavy.

Alarm

If the alarm light is on, it indicates that the motor protection has tripped. The error must be investigated and rectified
before resetting the motor protection and restarting the system.
