Filter Replacement On The Dc Hepa Module - Dustcontrol Dc 11-Module Bedienungsanleitung

Filter replacement may only be performed by trained personnel. Use a protective mask and suitable equipment.
Only Dustcontrol original filters may be used. If other filters are used, the risk of explosion may increase and
warranties expire.
1. Turn off and lock the vacuum producer's circuit breaker.
2. Put on safety gear.
3. Empty the compressed air-tank.
4. Unscrew the top locking ring/seal and lift off the dust extractor cover.
5. Disconnect the compressed air hose
6. Lift the pressure tank off the filter plate
7. Remove the filters and put them in a plastic bag. Seal the bag.
8. Vacuum filter plate and casing.
9. Put the new filters in place, and put the cover back on the dust separator.
10. Ground the filters.

Filter replacement on the DC HEPA module

1. Turn off and lock the vacuum producer's circuit breaker.
2. Put on safety gear.
3. Empty the compressed air-tank.
4. Loosen the top and second locking rings and remove the gaskets under the locking ring
5. Remove the lid and the filter cleaning module
6. Lift up the HEPA filter housing and change the HEPA filters (2 pcs)
7. Place the HEPA filter housing back in the unit. Make sure that the HEPA filters are placed right on top of each
other (see the grooves on the filters)
