Operation
CAUTION
The maximum load on the table is 40 kg. The product must always be placed centered in the
middle of the table.
1. Remove all loose accessories that do not fit inside the box outdoors.
2. Place the product on the trolley and carefully loosen the screws if they are tight.
3. Check that the DC Box main power switch is turned on.
4. Switch on the lighting inside the DC Box.
5. Start the general ventilation of the DC Box.
6. Then open the DC Box side door and roll the trolley inside.
7. Close the side door.
8. Disassemble the product if possible to gain access to internal parts.
9. Clean the parts using the DC Box compressed air nozzle.
10. Open the side door after 3 minutes.
11. Remove the product.
12. After completing the cleaning process, close the DC Box side door, switch off the ventilation, and turn off the
lighting inside the DC Box.
Emptying
The images below show the emptying of a DC Tromb, but the procedure is the same for the DC Box.
a- Container
NOTE
The machine must be switched off during the entire bag change.
The container under the cyclone should be emptied when it is filled to a maximum of 2/3.
To facilitate emptying, a plastic bag can advantageously be placed inside the container.
c- Plastic bag
You must clean the filters before replacing the plastic bag. It should be replaced when the dust level is about 5 cm
below the discharge flap.
