Lubrication of belt-driven turbopump

1. Switch off the machine.
2. Apply grease by pressing it into the front bearing grease nipple (1).
3. Loosen the rear bearing cooling flange (2). Check the condition of the grease and add new grease to 2/3 of the
volume of the lid.
4. Check the O-ring and replace the heat sink.

Checking and replacing the drive belt

1. Lift the motor with nut (1) and loosen the drive belts. See figure A.
2. Replace the drive belts. Check the tension. See figure B.
3. Tighten the drive belts with nuts if necessary (2).

Filter change, Fine filter

The fine filter must be replaced at least once a year. The HEPA filters must be replaced after approx. 300 hours of
operation. Depending on the operating conditions and shifts, it may need to be replaced more often. Do not expose
unprotected persons to hazardous dust.
