Machine service

The 11-Module must be tested and inspected at least once a year due to its use with hazardous materials.
Worn parts must be replaced. Never risk functionality and service life. Only use genuine parts. For cleaning and
maintenance, switch off the machine and lock the isolating power switch.

Service points

1. Bearing lubrication (Direct-driven pump = DC 11 module, Belt-driven pump = DC 11 module XL)
2. Belt checks (DC 11 module XL)
3. Filter change, Fine filter
4. Filter change, HEPA filter (if option is selected)

Lubrication of direct-driven turbopumps

1. Only pumps with double fans need to be lubricated (See technical data to determine whether your model has a
lubrication interval)
2. Switch off the machine.
3. Open the end (where the arrow is pointing in the picture above) and fill the cup with grease. See Accessories
for suitable bearing grease.
