Installation
Connection points
1.
Compressed air supply 4 l/s, 4 bar (for automatic filter cleaning option)
2.
Electrical supply (for options with integrated electrical cabinet)
3.
Connection of micro switch loop (if applicable)
4.
Connection of motor voltage from separate cabinet (for some options)
5.
Inlet duct (can be rotated for desired direction, always connected)
6.
Outlet duct
7.
Holes for screwing the unit to the base (if applicable)
8.
Connect the compressed air to the rocker toggle on the side with the small arrow (1) and then to the upper or
lower connector (2). The center outlet is a test pressure outlet and should not be used for compressed air.
The unit can be screwed to concrete slab/floor.
The equipment must be installed by a qualified electrician. Europlug is available as an option. The machine must
be equipped with a lockable isolating power switch.
The equipment is equipped so that the power supply and microswitch loop can be run through the pump enclosure.
Electrical cables should be routed so that it is possible to lift the unit 200 mm for bearing replacement without the
need to disconnect the electrical connection.
Connect the duct system to the inlet and, if applicable, outlet of the machine. Never start the pump without cables
(or hoses) connected. If the outlet is directed upwards, it should be terminated with a ventilation hood, a bend
or flap to prevent rainwater and objects from entering the outlet. Keep in mind that the blowing air may be hot
(100-150°C).
Clamp the plastic bag under the cyclone or connect the container.
