Before you start training, consult a professional for the correct training plan, exercise intensity and optimal training time suitable for your age and
health condition. If you feel tightness in your chest, an abnormal heartbeat, chills or other adverse symptoms while exercising, stop training
immediately and consult your doctor
MONTAGE:
Lift the columns as indicated in the diagram. The device is ready for training.
TRANSFER:
1. Unplug the machine - make sure the treadmill is switched off and unplugged from the power socket before moving it.
2. Fold the treadmill - if the model has a folding function, secure the running belt in the upright position according to the manufacturer's
instructions.
3. Use the transport wheels - Lift the treadmill from the base until the weight is transferred to the wheels.
4. Carry carefully on a flat surface - avoid carrying on stairs and uneven terrain without additional assistance. Always maintain correct
posture to avoid spinal injuries.
5. Do not lift the machine yourself - if the treadmill does not have wheels or is extremely heavy, get a second person to help you.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS:
Time and calories: during exercise, the screen alternately displays calories burnt and training time. The time is displayed in
the range 0:99:59, the counter is reset when the maximum is reached.
Calories displayed in the range 0-9999, the counter is reset when the maximum is reached.
Distance and step count window: during exercise, the screen alternately displays the distance travelled and the number of steps.
The distance is displayed in the range 0: 99:90, when the maximum is reached the counter is reset to zero.
The number of steps is displayed in the range 0: 9999; when the maximum is reached, the counter is reset to zero.
Speed window: during exercise the screen displays the current speed in the range of 0.5-6km/h
FUNCTION KEYS:
1. Start/Stop: In rest mode, press this button to start the
treadmill.
During exercise, press it to stop the device.
Speed -: press the lower arrow during exercise to reduce
speed (jumps in 0.1km/h increments)
FIRST USE:
Make sure the power cord is properly connected to the unit. Then press the switch. The treadmill will emit a warning signal and enter standby mode. To
start your workout, press the Start/Stop button. The device will start at its lowest speed and the computer will automatically start counting time, speed,
number of steps and distance covered.
You can change the speed using the function buttons on the treadmill columns.
ERROR LIST:
o Er. 3: Voltage too high
o Er. 4: Short circuit of transistor
o Er. 5: Overload/overheating
o Er. 6: No communication with the motor
o Er. 7: Controller does not receive
o Er. 13: Voltage spike
o Er. 14: Overheating of circuits
You can switch off the unit at any time via the button on the rear engine cover.
TREADMILL BELT ADJUSTMENT:
1. Place the treadmill on a level, stable surface.
2. Turn on the treadmill for about 15 minutes, setting the speed at 9-12 km/h, and observe the tread belt to assess the correct tension.
If the tread belt moves to the right, pull out the safety key, disconnect the treadmill from the power supply, turn the tension screw on the
right side ¼ turn, plug in the unit, insert the safety key and restart the treadmill to check its continuous operation.
3. Repeat the same action on the left side if the tread belt moves to the left, and inspect the machine during continuous operation. After using
the machine a few times, the tread belt may stretch slightly. If this happens, retighten it by tightening the screws located on the right and left
sides of the machine. Repeat until the optimum b e l t tension is reached, making sure to tighten both screws evenly.
2. Speed +: press the upper arrow during exercise to
increase speed (jumps in 0.1km/h increments)
A. If the treadmill belt is not too tight or does not remain concave when pressed, it
means that the belt is properly tightened.
B. If the belt stops under pressure but the motor belt and the front pulley continue to
run, this means that the belt is too slack and should be tightened to the optimum
level.
C. If the running belt and motor belt stop under pressure and the motor continues to
run, the motor belt needs to be loosened.
