Position the cooling unit so that the outgoing and intake compartments correspond precisely with the openings cut into the

vehicle's roof. Secure it to the roof using M8 screws (not supplied) (fig. 04-05).

Install the supplied ventilation speed control C, directly on the air diffuser (fig. 08) or in a remote position.
If the selector is installed on the diffuser, connect it directly to the cable bundle located under the base of the unit.

If the selector is installed in a remote position, it is necessary to install a lead (not supplied; can be purchased
separately as code 60654299) between the selector and the cable bundle located under the base of the unit.
Place the control plate F and relative knob E in order to complete the installation of the selector (fig. 08).
Along with the electrical wiring, you will also find an led light M which signals, if turned on, a problem with the pressure
switch or with the pressure of the refrigerant inside the circuit.
9 The led light can be installed directly on the air diffuser (fig. 08) or in a remote position.
If the led light is installed in a remote position, it is necessary to install a lead (not supplied) between the led light and
the cable bundle located under the base of the unit.
For the electric "MODULA" version (12 VDC) / (24 VDC):
connect the supplied red power wiring cable I to the derivation node ("4" electrical wiring diagram; "A.19" page 7-8),
connect the protection fuse (100A - 12V / 50A - 24V) and connect to a battery or to the alternator. The fuse must be
located near the battery or alternator (electrical wiring diagram).
Ground the black wire to the chassis.
For the electric "MODULA" version (80 VDC - 24 VDC):
a) connect the supplied 2-way connector of the electrical wiring 24 V to its counterpart ("A.22" page 8) on the cooling unit
and connect the protection fuse 20 A ("30" electrical wiring diagram). The fuse must be located near the battery
10 (electrical wiring diagram).
b) connect the supplied 2-way connector of the electrical wiring 80 V to its counterpart ("A.21" page 8) on the cooling unit
and connect the protection fuse 20 A ("31" electrical wiring diagram). The fuse must be located near the battery
(electrical wiring diagram).
For the hydraulic "MODULA" version (12 VDC) / (24 VDC):
connect the supplied 2-way connector of the electrical wiring L to its counterpart on the cooling unit, connect the protection
fuse (30A - 12V / 20A - 24V) and connect to a battery or to the alternator. The fuse must be located near the battery or
alternator (electrical wiring diagram).
Ground the black wire to the chassis.
After having completed all electrical connections, proceed with the assembly of the air diffuser B.

Carefully join the diffuser to the roof panel (taking care to join the incoming and outgoing air openings with the relative
openings on the diffuser) and secure it with the supplied 6 self-threading screws EE and washers FF (fig. 04-05-09).
12 Secure the external shell with screws AA-BB-CC-DD (fig. 04-05) and check correct operation.
