4. Disable voice mail and notification about missed calls on the SIM card.
5. If you want to lock the SIM card with a PIN code, you will have to provide the
PIN code in the device settings. Otherwise, disable PIN code request on the
SIM card.
6. Install the SIM card as shown in the figure below. Push the card into the
socket until you hear a click. If you want to remove the SIM card, press it
again, and then pull it out.
7. Check the installation environment to avoid weak signal and other problems
(strong electromagnetic disturbances, high humidity).
8. Connect the antenna to the GSM socket.
9. Do the wiring according to the control mode chosen.
10. To use the device with Ethernet, plug the LAN cable into the ETH socket.
(For the Gate Control PRO 1000 Monitoring model only.)
11. Connect the device to the power supply ( 12-30V DC or 12- 24V AC,
minimum 500mA ).
12. Check the system time in the Status monitoring menu in the programming
software. If the system time is wrong, make sure that the Cloud usage option
is enabled in the General settings menu. If the system time is still wrong, set
the APN manually.
