Commissioning
NOTE: Before switching on, check that the operating voltage matches the
voltage indicated on the nameplate!
CAUTION: Make sure that when plugging or unplugging the power cord, the
station is always off.
The sponge is compressed. It will swell when moistened with water. Before
using the unit, moisten the sponge with the water and squeeze it dry.
Failure to do so may result in damage to the soldering tip. If the sponge
becomes dry during working, add appropriate water.

Place the soldering iron in the soldering iron stand.

Connect the soldering iron connection cable to the soldering station.
Please note the position of the notch in the connector (on the top), then
screw in the retaining ring slightly.

Plug the mains plug into a earthed socket

Turn on the soldering station.
NOTE: Always place the soldering iron in the soldering iron stand when not
working with it.
2.4.1 Change temperature
Increase temperature: Press the ▲ button briefly to increase the
temperature by 1°C. If you hold down the ▲ key for more than 1 second , the
temperature will increase continuously. Release the ▲ button when the desired
temperature is reached.
Reduce temperature: Press the button briefly, reduces the temperature by
1°C. If you hold down the button for more than 1 second , the temperature
will decrease continuously. Release the button when the desired temperature
is reached.

On the ★ button, 3 fixed temperatures are stored at the factory:
