5.7. User defined endpoint default profile
A standard profile can be created for the endpoints, which contains all relevant settings for the endpoints.
When the EOC master recognises a new endpoint for the first time, this standard profile is transferred to the
endpoint. All EOC endpoints receive the same configuration. This means, for example, that the same SSID and
the same Wi-Fi password can be set for all EOC endpoints.
 Click on Config next to User Defined EP Default Profile on the Devices page.
The same input mask opens as for the endpoint settings or WLAN settings (see 5.5 on page 31 or 5.6 on
page 35).
 Make the desired settings and click Apply in each case.
Note: Endpoints that have already been configured manually must be set with the Default command to the
endpoint default profile (see 5.6.6 on page 39).
5.8. Auto Provision/Upgrade
Using the Auto Provision function, configuration files can be downloaded from a TFTP server and used to
configure the EOC master and connected EOC endpoints. In addition, upgrade files for the EOC driver and WiFi
driver can be automatically loaded into the endpoints.
