CAUSE
◾
The battery pack charge is
depleted.
◾
The lock-off button or trigger
switch is not used properly.
◾
The battery pack is not fully
inserted into the battery port.
◾
Debris or foreign object hindering
machine tines.
◾
Grass is too tall.
◾
Wet debris sticking to the underside
of the deck.
◾
Depth set at wrong setting.
◾
Tines worn or damaged.

SOLUTION
◾
Charge the battery pack.
◾
Follow the section "STARTING/
STOPPING THE POWER HEAD" in
the power head manual.
◾
Check if the battery pack is fully
inserted into the battery port.
◾
Stop the motor, remove the battery
pack, and remove debris or foreign
objects preventing machine from
operating properly.
◾
Mow the lawn before dethatching.
◾
Wait until the lawn dries before
dethatching.
◾
Adjust depth of tines to achieve
desired result.
◾
Replace tines as needed.
