6.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
Interventions and repairs on the device by unqualified individuals are dangerous as they can
cause electric shocks or short circuits. Do not attempt to intervene on or repair the appliance;
this could result in injury to persons and damage to the appliance. Therefore, have any work
carried out only by a qualified electrician, such as a customer service technician.
In case of a malfunction, first consult these instructions to see if the problem can be
resolved independently.

SOLUTION
Contact customer service or an electrician!
If the ceramic glass cooktop has fractures, cracks, tears, or any
other damage, there is a risk of electric shock. Immediately
turn off the appliance. Disconnect the fuse and call customer
service.

Has a fuse in the house's wiring (fuse box) blown?
•
Is the cooktop connected to the power supply?
•
Is the child safety lock activated, meaning the display
shows an "L"?
•
Are the sensor buttons partially covered by a damp
cloth, liquid, or metallic object?
•
Have unsuitable cookware been used? Consult the
section on suitable cookware for induction cooktops.
Was the ON/OFF button accidentally pressed?
•
Are the sensor buttons partially covered by a damp
cloth, liquid, or metallic object? A brief beep will sound.
•
After a few seconds, the appliance will turn off. Remove
the object from the sensor buttons.
•
Has the safety shut-off device been activated, meaning
a constant power level has been used for an extended
period? Consult the section regarding time limitation on
operation.
A cooking zone has been switched on and the hob is
expecting a suitable pot or pan to be placed o the cooking
zone (pan recognition). If the pot missing symbol still
appears, that means that the pot is not suitable for induction
cooking or has a base that is too small.
The display is faulty. Call customer service. Risk of burns, as
the temperature warning is not guaranteed.
