Fett/ grease!
5: Drehen Sie den Gabeladapter UAD-02-23 auf die Betätigungsstange des Bremszylinders. Verbinden
Sie den Gabeladapter mit dem Bremshebel der Anlagenhälfte indem Sie den gefetteten Bolzen FKB6x12
gemäß Darstellung einsetzen. (Normales, handelsübliches Industriefett)
6: Setzen Sie die Rastenanlage an die beiden Anschraubpunkte des Rahmens und vor den Auspuffhalter.
Die Rastenanalage wird mit den zwei Schrauben M8x20-14583-TX montiert.
Anzugsdrehmoment: 20 Nm
5: Turn the adapter UAD-02-23 on the master cylinder`s actuacting rod. Connect the greased adapter with
the brake lever by installing the connecting bolt FKB6x12 according to the picture. (standard industrial
grease)
6: Put the rearset onto the frame mounting points and in front of the exhaust holder. Install it by using the
two screws M8x20-14583-TX and tighten it.
Tightening torque: 20 Nm

7: Drehen Sie die Betätigungsstange (Schlüsselfläche unterhalb der Gummimanschette) des
Bremszylinders mittels Maulschlüssel 10mm hinein oder heraus, sodass die Bohrungen des
Bremszylinders deckungsgleich mit den Bohrungen der Rastenanlage sind- Obere und untere
Bohrungen zueinander in einer Flucht (anderfalls stimmt das Bremsenspiel nicht!)
7:Turn the master cylinder`s actuating rod (spanner flat under the rubber sleeve) in or out by using a open-
end wrench 10mm, so that the master cylinder `s holes fall in line with the holes of the rearset - Both in
alignment (otherwise the brake freeplay is not correctly adjusted!)
