The device displays errors that require a response in the display area (3).
E01 – Low battery level

Recommended action
Check the device for external damage. Try a
restart by briefly removing and reinserting a
battery. If the device is not damaged and the
error persists after restarting, contact support.

Recommended action
Check that the device is correctly mounted
on the radiator valve. If in doubt, unscrew the
thermostat again, clean the thread on the valve
if necessary and remove any obstructions on the
radiator. Check whether the valve pin is stuck.
When screwing the thermostat onto the valve,
hold the housing firmly in your hand in the
desired orientation and turn the fastening ring
by hand as far as it will go on the valve. No tools
are required. It should no longer be possible to
move or turn the device.
If adapters are used, make sure that the correct
type is used.
