Servicing
Maintenance
Control of ignition electrodes and
the combustion head
· Unscrew the safety screw D (see
page).
· Remove the mobile spindle E.
· Open the body of the burner.
· Untighten the ignition cable and the
ionisation cable.
· Unscrew the four screws in the
setting plate by 2 rotations (head
setting maintained).
· Unscrew the fastening screw C.
· Remove the combustion head
· Check the settings of the ignition
electrodes/baffle and readjust.
· When re-assembling, proceed in the
opposite direction.
· Check the condition and position of
the JI gasket in assembly.
· Check tightness.

All boiler and burner servicing work
should be carried out by an
appropriately trained heating service
specialist. It is recommended to enter
into a maintenance contract in order
to ensure that servicing is carried out
at the intervals prescribed.

· Shut down the power supply
BEFORE carrying out servicing or
cleaning work of any kind.
· Close ball valve.
· Use only original spare parts.
Control combustion temperature
· Regularly check combustion
temperature.
· Clean the boiler when the
combustion temperature exceeds the
startup value by more than 30°K.
· To simplify checks, you may use a
combustion temperature display.

Cleaning the air fan
· Turn the motor off by unplugging the
power supply.
· Unscrew the 7 screws of the motor
platinum.
· Remove the motor platinum carefully
and place it into the pressure
furnace without damage.
· "Dry" clean air pressure hoses.
· Do not use liquids under pressure.
· Unscrew the 4 fixation screws from
air recycling.
· Clean the hydraulic circuit and the
air fan.
· Re-assemble.
