Operation
4.2.7 Commissioning
•
Pull the ON-OFF switch on the underside of
the handle towards the handle with your
index finger or press the button once on the
wired remote control.
•
The display goes on and the XS-JET-80-
GRABO device is ready for use.
•
The battery should be fully charged before each use. Using the device when the battery charge
level is too low can lead to serious injury and damage due to the lifted load suddenly falling.
•
If the battery status indicator flashes on the display, the battery is not sufficiently charged and
must be recharged before using the device.
•
If the holding force starts to decrease noticeably even though the battery is fully charged, check
the rubber foam seal for wear or damage. Do not attempt to lift a load with the device until the
rubber foam seal has been replaced.
•
Position the XS-JET-80-GRABO device on the surface to be lifted.
•
To switch on the vacuum pump and trigger suction of the load, the on/off button must be
permanently pressed or the button on the wired remote control must be pressed once.
•
If the suctioned load is to be released again, release the suction/release head or press the button
on the wired remote control once.
•
The pressure drops and the XS-JET-80-GRABO device can be easily removed.
•
The digital pressure gauge must always be in the operator's field of vision, especially when
working with porous materials. If the display shows less than - 0.2 bar (- 3 psi), set the material
down immediately!
