4.1
General
•
Do not pull off fixed loads.
•
In the event of a power failure, disconnect the load immediately if possible.
•
Only suction and lift suitable loads (check inherent stability and surface density).
•
Only place the load on a clear, level surface. Otherwise they may slip when released.
•
Do not release the load until it is fully and securely in place.
•
Keep hands away from the load when releasing
•
Always apply an even load to the suction surfaces.
4.1.1 Lifting loads
•
Position the device directly above the load.
•
Place the device on the load. Ensure that the load is evenly distributed.
•
Switch on the device
o Without T-handle: On/off head must be permanently pressed.
o With T-handle: Press the button on the wired remote control once.
•
The load is now sucked in.
•
When lifting, ensure that only one piece of the goods to be lifted is lifted at a time. Carefully
remove any other adhering parts with a suitable tool before continuing to lift the part. Do not
loosen with your hands, risk of crushing!
4.1.2 lacing loads
•
Lower the load and place it safely on a clear, level surface so that it cannot slip or tip over.
•
To release the suctioned load:
o Without T-handle: Release the on/off head.
o With T-handle: Press the button on the wired remote control once.
•
Load is now being replaced.
