Troubleshooting
In radio operation hardly any stations can be received:
• The aerial is not pulled out completely. Pull out the aerial to its full length.
• The aerial connection has come loose. Remove the radio and check the connection.
• The aerial is defective. Check the connection, grounding and the aerial itself.
Problems during radio and USB/memory card operation:
• Interferences reach the radio via the positive cable. Install an additional interference suppression coil into the
positive line.
• If necessary also equip the vehicle with spark-plug suppressor sockets, distributor arms etc. to suppress
interferences.
• Poor earth connection. Check the earth connection and if needs be use another earthing point.
When you press a station button, you only hear hissing:
• No station has been programmed. Program the stations as described above.
The device no longer responds to button commands or displays strange symbols in the display:
• Reset the device using the RESET button (11).
Repairs other than those described above should only be carried out by an authorised
specialist.

Disposal


At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
