Operation
• DISP button (9)
With this button various data can be displayed on the LC display (6).
Press the button once more to move to the next display.
When the button is not activated any more, the display returns to the original information after a little while.
When an RDS station is being received:
Radio operation: Station name > Time > Transmission frequency > Programme type
SD/USB operation: Track display > Time > ID3 information > Station name > Transmission frequency >
Programme type
When no RDS station is being received:
Radio operation: Transmission frequency > Time > PTY NONE
SD/USB operation: Track display > Time > ID3 information > Transmission frequency > PTY NONE
• BND/LOU/ENT button (4)
This button switches the loudness function on and off.
To switch the loudness function on and off press and hold down the button:
LOUD ON: The loudness function is active.
LOUD OFF: The loudness function is inactive. The sound is not influenced.

At low volumes the human ear does not perceive very low and very high sounds well. An increase of
the frequency range for low volume (loudness correction) counteracts this effect and the music replay
sounds more natural.
