7 Operation
7.3 Drain condensation water
Drain the condensation water at least once a week. After suctioning damp loads, drain the condensation water
daily.
1. Use the transparent hose on the drain tap (24) to
check whether condensation needs to be drai-
ned.
2. Open the drain tap and allow the condensation to
drain off.
3. Close the drain cock.
7.4 Fastening the suction plate
The suction plate is not included in the scope of delivery.
The operator is responsible for the design of the suction plate depending on the load characteristics (surface,
tightness, weight).
The maximum permissible load of the suction plate determines the maximum permissible load of
the entire lifting device (see load plate of the suction plate).
The operator undertakes to verify the static strength and the holding forces depending on the achievable vacu-
um and to comply with the safety factors. The standard DIN EN 13155 in the version valid at the time of installa-
tion must be used as the basis for this.
Probst accepts no liability for damage caused by the use of an unsuitable suction plate.
