7 Operation
7.1.3 Protective equipment
The following protective equipment is required for operation:
•
Safety shoes safety class S1 or better
•
Sturdy work gloves depending on the load
•
Industrial safety helmet according to EN 397
•
Tight-fitting clothing
•
Use a hairnet if necessary.

7.1.4 Using the lifting device properly
Improper use of the lifting device can endanger the operator and damage the product.
•
The main switch must remain switched on during the entire operation.
•
Do not let go of the operating handle during handling.
•
Always suck in the load at the center of gravity.
•
Keep an eye on the vacuum pressure gauge .
•
Handling must not be supported or hindered by additional external forces.
•
Do not pull, drag or drag loads at an angle.
•
Avoid swinging the load.
•
Only handle one load per lifting operation. Separate the loads if necessary.
•
Only ever handle a load with one lifting device.
•
Guide the lifting device as close to the ground as possible.
•
Take off the load before long work breaks.
Always guide and handle the lifting device at an ergonomically favorable working height.

Measure the noise level with typical loads.
Depending on the load surface, noise levels may occur that require the wearing of hea-
